Demystifying Tibetan for Dharma Students

Buddhist Victory Banner

Like dew on the tip of a blade of grass, pleasures of the three worlds last only a while and then vanish.
To aspire to the never-changing supreme state of liberation is the practice of Bodhisattvas.

--Gelsay Togmay Sangpo

About the Text
The 37 Practices of Bodhisattvas continues to be a core teaching of all schools of Tibetan Buddhism, and its message is both vital and inspiring for those trying to build a more compassionate world. This is a text which becomes richer and richer with each reading. Our text will aid you in your journey to more fully understand the teachings of the Buddha by reading the Dharma in the original Classical Literary Tibetan. Click here to see an example verse.

Now you have the opportunity to study this beautiful and often-taught text in Tibetan. Each stanza can be learned by heart and incorporated into your practice.

This is the next step for many of you who have completed Levels II, III, and other reader courses.
