The Tibetan Buddhist Way of Bringing Love & Compassion into the World

In this one-day retreat, you are invited to learn more about tantra and Chenrezig, the embodiment of love and compassion.  David will continue his discussion of the vast subject of tantra and the meditational practice of Chenrezig.

This practice is dedicated to cultivating love and compassion within our own mind-stream, and students will learn how meditation can help create a peaceful mind, joyful heart, and be a transformative element in their lives.

This retreat is suitable for people of all faiths, as well as both beginning and experienced meditators.
You do not have to have attended previous retreats to join the group on July 16.
