Description

The Thirty Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas is a most important lojong or mind training text by Gyelsay Tokmay Zangpo. In thirty-seven verses, it gives instructions on how to follow the Bodhisattva path of Mahayana Buddhism.

Trulshik Rinpoche has said that the Eight Verses of Mind Training represents the short version of lojong, the Thirty Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas is the medium version, and the Way of the Bodhisattva or Bodhicharyavatara is the extensive version.TLI has translation workbooks available for all three versions.

This 2nd Edition Workbook contains the entire Tibetan text, with English translation on facing pages.

  • Formatted for ease of translation and note taking, with only four lines of Tibetan per page.
  • Includes the 37 Practices Glossary, a companion to the Translation Workbook. This is a line-by-line glossary of 338 words which makes an excellent aid to reading this text in Tibetan.

To fully study this foundational text, we suggest the 37 Practices of Bodhisattvas Package.
