Enhance your understanding of the Dharma by reading in Tibetan many of the prayers you may already be familiar with. Many of our students have found this a transformative experience.
Tibetan Language Reader, Part II
The Tibetan Language Reader, Part 2 is designed to help you continue your study of the transcendent and beautiful Dharma language of Tibet. With translation, interlinear translation pages, Tibetan-only pages, and glossary—this reader will both inspire you and help you understand prayers and texts in Tibetan.
The glossary has a lot of never-before-presented information about verbs, a missing ingredient for many students. This new workbook will allow students to take their understanding of Tibetan to a new level, focusing on reading prayers that many may be very familiar from personal practice. There are also excerpts from essential texts of the Tibetan tradition such the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva and Shantideva’s Way of the Bodhisattva.
In this workbook:
- The Prayer to Milarepa
- The Four Reliances
- The Four Dharmas of Gampopa
- Prayer to Dorje Chang
